1. Product Authenticity & Materials

1. All products are handcrafted using genuine silver with purity levels of 92.5%, 96%, or 98%, depending on the design.
2. Selected designs may include Panchadhatu elements.
3. Minor variations in weight, color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Payment

1. Prices listed on the website reflect the current silver market rate at the time of listing.
2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
4. The remaining payment can be completed via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of product delivery.
5. All payments must be completed through authorized payment channels. Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is received.
6. Layon Nepal is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during payment.

3. Order Confirmation & Production

1. Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of the 30% advance payment.
2. Most products are made-to-order or customized according to size, design, or other specifications provided by the customer.
3. Standard production time is 5–7 working days unless otherwise stated. Layon Nepal is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, holidays, or natural events.

4. No Refund & No Exchange Policy

1. All orders are final. Layon Nepal strictly does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the customized nature of products.
2. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizes, and specifications before placing an order.
3. In case of delivery errors due to incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., size, address), Layon Nepal is not liable.

5. Ring Size Policy

1. If a ring does not fit correctly due to an incorrect size provided, Layon Nepal offers resizing services.
2. Resizing will be carried out at no additional cost only if the size discrepancy is due to an error in the size guide or production.
3. Rings that require resizing due to wear-and-tear, damage, or customer mismeasurement may incur a nominal repair/resizing fee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics, and external factors beyond Layon Nepal’s control.
2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Layon Nepal is not liable for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect information.

7. Repairs & Maintenance

1. Jewelry may be repaired for an additional fee, depending on the nature and extent of damage.
2. Repairs do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, exposure to chemicals, or unauthorized alterations.
3. Layon Nepal does not guarantee restoration of jewelry to its original condition if repair is not feasible.

8. Product Care

1. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, and moisture.
2. Store jewelry in a dry, airtight container when not in use.
3. Clean with a soft cloth to maintain shine and longevity.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the website, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Layon Nepal.
2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
